Driver interface

    LCM provides users with a standard LCD display driver interface (with different types such as 4-bit, 8-bit and VGA). Users can operate according to the interface requirements to control the correct display of LCD.LCM glass is a kind of LCD product with higher integration. For small size LCD display, LCM can be conveniently connected with various microcontrollers (such as single chip microcomputer).However, for large-size or color LCD display, it usually takes up a considerable part of the resources of the control system or cannot be controlled at all. For example, color LCM of 320 x 240 256 colors is displayed in 20 fields/second (i.e. 20 times of full-screen refresh in 1 second), and the amount of data transmitted in a second is as high as:320 x 240 x 8 x 20=11.71875Mb or 1.465 Mb. If the standard McS-51 series MCU is used for processing, assuming that the MOVX instruction is used for continuous transmission of these data, considering the address calculation time, at least 421.875MHz clock is needed to complete the data transmission, which shows the huge amount of data processing.

     The resolution of a fax is the scanning density. The higher the resolution, the higher the scanning accuracy. It can be divided into vertical resolution and horizontal resolution.The vertical resolution refers to the number of pixels displayed per millimeter on the vertical horizontal line, while the horizontal resolution refers to the number of pixels displayed per millimeter on the parallel horizontal line.According to the international standard of three types of fax machines, the horizontal resolution is 8 pixels /mm, so the resolution of fax machine is generally 8 pixels /mm x vertical pixel /mm. Generally, we save the horizontal resolution and only use the vertical resolution to express the resolution.There are three types of vertical resolution: standard 3.85 pixels /mm, fine 7.7 pixels /mm and ultra-fine 15.4 pixels /mm.

LCM process

LCM process (Liquid Composite Molding, Liquid Composite Molding process), refers to RTM, the RFI and RRIM represented by Liquid Composite Molding technology.The main principle of this method is firstly to lay the preformed reinforced material designed according to the performance and structure requirements in the mold cavity, and inject the special injection resin into the closed mold cavity or heat the resin film in the melted mold cavity by the injection equipment.The mold has a peripheral sealing and fastening as well as an injection and exhaust system to ensure the smooth flow of the resin and discharge all the gas in the mold cavity and complete infiltration of the fiber, and the mold has a heating system to heat and solidify the composite components.LCM(Liquid Crystal Module), the Liquid Crystal Module.
